1. Services & scope of work
Zynko Media provides services including but not limited to digital marketing, branding, social media management, influencer marketing, website development, startup consulting, advertising, SEO, and creative solutions.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and revisions will be defined separately through proposals, quotations, invoices, agreements, or written communication with the client.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require separate approval and billing.
2. Payments & billing
Clients agree to make payments according to the agreed pricing structure and payment schedule shared by Zynko Media.
Delayed payments may result in project pauses, delayed deliveries, suspension of services, or additional charges where applicable.
All payments made toward marketing, branding, development, consultation, influencer campaigns, or advertising services are considered acceptance of the agreed scope and terms.
3. Intellectual property
All concepts, strategies, creatives, designs, code, marketing assets, content, and materials developed by Zynko Media remain the intellectual property of Zynko Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients receive usage rights only after full payment clearance. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, modification, or reuse of proprietary assets without permission is not allowed.
Third-party assets, stock materials, fonts, music, plugins, APIs, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership policies.
4. Marketing & advertising disclaimer
Zynko Media does not guarantee specific revenue, sales, rankings, followers, reach, or advertising results unless explicitly mentioned in a written agreement.
Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors including market conditions, competition, audience behavior, advertising budgets, algorithms, and business operations.
We focus on strategy, optimization, and execution based on industry best practices and performance data.
5. Refund policy
Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, marketing execution, creative work, and development services, payments made are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refund requests, if applicable, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on project status, completed work, third-party expenses, and service category.
Advertising spends, influencer payments, platform charges, domain purchases, hosting fees, and third-party costs are strictly non-refundable.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, access, credentials, documents, and timely feedback necessary for project execution.
Delays caused due to missing approvals, incomplete information, or communication gaps from the client side may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have rights to any logos, images, videos, trademarks, or materials shared with Zynko Media.
7. Limitation of liability
Zynko Media shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, business, legal, reputational, or financial damages arising from the use of our services, website, campaigns, software, or deliverables.
We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, ad account restrictions, policy violations by third-party platforms, cybersecurity incidents, or losses caused by external providers.
Running a business on the internet without risk is like expecting Indian traffic to follow lane discipline. Admirable optimism. Not legally enforceable.
8. Account suspension & termination
Zynko Media reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services without prior notice in situations involving:
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward team members
- Fraudulent activities or payment disputes
- Illegal, misleading, or unethical business activities
- Unauthorized use of company assets or materials
- Violation of platform or advertising policies
9. Privacy & data usage
Zynko Media respects user privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect client information and business data.
Information collected may be used for communication, billing, service delivery, analytics, legal compliance, and business operations.
We do not sell personal client information to third parties. Certain third-party tools, platforms, and integrations used during service delivery may process data according to their own privacy policies.
10. Changes to terms
Zynko Media reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
